Delivery & Returns

Please do not organise fitters or book days off work for the installation of appliances until you have received your products. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred relating to this.

We offer delivery Monday - Saturday (additional cost for Saturday deliveries on selected appliances). We also offer a next day delivery service. Please note we do have a cut off time for next day delivery depending on the item. 

Choose a delivery date that suits you from our online calendar which shows the available days when you proceed to the checkout.  If there are no dates showing then please email as it may be an extended delivery time table or attract a surcharge. Standard Delivery - Single Ovens / Hobs / Hoods / Splashbacks / Accessories

Your order will be delivered by our 1-man delivery teams. All deliveries are tracked and you will be sent an email 1 working day before delivery, confirming dispatch and tracking number.  Unfortunately we cannot provide delivery slots but you will be able to track your delivery on the relevant carriers website by following the link in the confirmation email.  Orders for certain areas of Scotland and a small number of areas of England (CA, LA, LL and TR) may be subject to a small surcharge and service is 2-3 days.

*Delivery is dependent upon location, weather conditions and access restrictions.

Standard Delivery - Double Ovens / Dishwashers / Cooling

Your order will be delivered by our 2-man delivery teams or for very large products or for orders with large amounts of items we may use a pallet carrier*. For orders received before 4:00pm we endeavour to provide a next working day delivery service however in some cases for larger appliances, deliveries can be 3 - 5 days. All deliveries are tracked and you will be sent an email 1 working day before delivery, confirming dispatch and tracking number.   Deliveries to certain areas including Scotland (including off shore) and Northern Ireland areas may be subject to an additional charge - these will be advised when we call you to arrange delivery.

*          If your order is delivered by Pallet Carrier the items will be dropped at the roadside and you will need to make arrangements to move the items in to your premises. 

Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the overall order plus the size of the item. Please see the table below for a breakdown of our charges.

For most items we subsidise the delivery, however on some items including clearance and end of line we have to pass on the full delivery charge.

Deliveries - General

Please note that we do not accept website orders for customers located in the remote Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle Of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey. However go ahead and call us,  we will be pleased to discuss your order and quote you delivery charges.

Some of the products we sell are large and heavy to carry, so there may be occasions when we may be unable to get it into your property. Whenever possible we would ask you to supply information to this effect to us as quickly as possible.  If you have many steps, corridors or doors which are too narrow or there are other obstructions we may not be able to successfully deliver your product.  In these types of situations it may be possible to offer delivery to an alternative location so that you get the product in yourself.

Sometimes things happen that we simply cannot foresee or control – such as adverse weather or an event that has caused road closures.  Whilst we will try our hardest to work around such unforeseeable events, we cannot be held liable if we cannot fulfil delivery due to reasons beyond our control.

Delivery Conditions

Failed delivery charges may be applied in the event that a delivery fails due to – but not limited to - any of the following reasons:

·       You cancel the order after the point at which the goods have been loaded for delivery at our warehouse.

·       You provide insufficient/incorrect contact details or an incorrect delivery address thereby resulting in our inability to contact you or otherwise make a successful delivery.

·       You refuse delivery upon arrival of our delivery vehicle.

·       There is no-one at the delivery address to accept delivery. You must ensure that you can be available all day on your confirmed day of delivery.

·       There are parking restrictions or other access problems (e.g. stairs or narrow doorways) which you failed to notify us about.

Once the delivery has been accepted at the delivery address you have a duty of care for the goods. In the event that you, or a third party, transport the goods from the delivery address to another location we cannot be held responsible for any damages.

Please do not book days off or organise fitters before you have received your products - we cannot be held liable for any additional costs these actions may accrue.

Placed an order but have changed your mind or need to change your details?

If you have purchased an order but decide you no longer want the appliance, don’t worry! There is still time to cancel it providing that the item/s have not been dispatched. As soon as you want to cancel contact us here or ring us on 0330 008 0800 so we can check for you. Unfortunately if the item/s have been dispatched we would only be able to attempt to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances and it may not be possible to stop the order in time, so please ring us as early as possible so we can organise this for you.

If you have any specific delivery instructions or requests, please contact us after ordering.

Please note that if you need to change an order you must contact us by email on enquiries@myappliances.co.uk before 5pm (if placed before that time) or by 8am if placed after 5pm.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not offer 'delivery slots'.  Currently our orders are delivered between 07:00 – 21:00 however our 2-man service and the larger 1-man items will provide a 4 hour ETA the evening before delivery provided that a mobile number has been provided in the order. Please note this is an estimated time of arrival only and

When your order has been delivered

Please check your order on delivery. If there are any obvious signs of damage to the box please unpack item and check inside before signing.  

If you are purchasing appliances now but do not intend on installing them until a later date, this is fine however please still check your order once it is delivered so if there are any problems, these can be rectified straight away. We offer a 14 days returns policy so it is important for you to do this sooner rather than later. After the 14 days, we still advise you to get in contact to discuss the issue as under some circumstances we will be able to sort the problem out the best we can.

After delivery

Our 14 days returns policy gives you enough time to inspect your order, this way if there are any damages we can sort a replacement out for you virtually straight way.

Any returns must not be used and you must ensure that all packaging is intact and ready for the item/s to be returned in.

In the instance that the appliance is damaged, we will arrange collection for yourself once you have contacted us, we will cover any costs of collection if this is the case. We require photographs of any damages before we are able to replace any items. You can send in any images to: enquiries@myappliances.co.uk

If you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind once you have received it, please contact us prior to returning by clicking here or give us a call on 0330 008 0800, we will then issue you with a returns form to fill out and you can then return the item. Once we receive the item in our warehouse it will go through a short returns check and we can then issue you with a full refund.

It is imperative that you return your item with recorded delivery and retain proof of purchase so you are able to track it on its way back to us.

It is your responsibility to organise the return of the item at your own cost.

Our Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

If you are unhappy with your product or have changed your mind you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the product and receive a refund.  We are happy for you to unpack the appliance to inspect it properly, but if you have used the product beyond inspection we may only be able to offer a partial refund or charge you for the reduction in value due to the fact that we may be unable to sell on the returned product.  The refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product.

This is great. You can choose what temperature you want and the drinks are kept at the perfect level of coldness. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy at times but that is not a huge problem. Wine, beer and soft drinks are fine in this cooler.
