Excellent customer service, can’t fault them

The company itself was great.

I thoroughly recommend them. They sourced what I needed at a good price and delivery was very quick.

Not really happy, offered me replacement which they did not have it in stock.

As a returning customer I’m very happy with the service and appliance s

I received my extractor fan but it was broken somehow. I spoke to the company and they sent me out a replacement at no extra cost. Cooker hood looks very smart once in place just a shame I had to deal with the stress of having to get the original one replaced. Staff helpful and sorted my issue quickly.

Bought a downdraft extractor, no problem item turned up before I needed it. The day after it turned up I realized I needed an extraction kit. I was supplied this with the discount for buying the extractor as well. However despite the spec quoting the pipe to be 3 meters it was in fact 1.5 meters. Initial contact with the tech department went ok then nothing. So I have to go & buy a suitable length of pipe to do the job

Arrived on time in secure packaging. Initial inspection fine. But yet to imstall so can't comment on performance. That said, am optimistic.

My review would be much better but for the fact the delivery was dreadful. My Appliances staff were helpful but actually couldn't help much because they kept saying that delivery was separate from them.

Product wasn't delivered & company refused to answer my emails. Had to force refund through PayPal. Disgraceful!

Purchased this for a rental property. Was very happy with quality of the gas hob. Clean stainless steel design with chunky cast iron gridle top.

I am a returning customer so know normally good service. However my hob arrived and the gas engineer could not get the biggest of the nobs to turn on. So he could do know more than condemn the hob which looked the dogs boloks so a wait for 4days for a replacement to arrive. This meant I had to pay the gas engineer twice. I've asked them for a partial refund to cover half of the additional gas engineers visit but got no respons now do I know what to do with the broken hob?

My appliances on the whole were very good and the whole process of ordering an appliance was easy.
It was just unfortunate that the replacement job which was sent was damaged upon opening.
This was most likely caused by a heavy handed courier so I’m reluctant to lay blame on appliances direct.
I’d certainly recommend them and use them again.

Not a good product - the cast iron surface was defective meaning it burnt every time, no matter the temperature.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like the surface may not have been properly seasoned, which is essential for getting the best results from cast iron. Even brand new griddles benefit from additional seasoning before first use.
To season it at home, wash it with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, then dry it thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of high smoke point oil (such as rapeseed or flaxseed), wipe off any excess, and place it upside down in an oven at 230–260°C for an hour. Allow it to cool in the oven. Repeating this process 2–3 times can help build a stronger non-stick coating.

Came broken. Last product i bought randomly shattered within 3 years. Poor products and wouldn't recommend. Poorly packaged too. I superglued parts back in rather than send back but I wouldn't recommend products from here. That's 2 poor products I've bought.
