One of the worst places to get your stuf I ordered some stuf and I wnat return that they saying they will charge for admin fees £15. And parcel you have returned your self what ever charg you have to pay so please gyus be careful
Hello Mr Valand, I have just looked at your order and I can see that my colleague has sent you the label to attach to the packaging showing the return address for you to arrange to send this back your self. This will then lead to a full refund. We only charge the £15 if we collect for you as the courier obviously charges to do this. It is stated in our terms and conditions that any return of items not required after delivery, is at the customers own cost. We would only collect if the appliance itself is delivered damaged.
