Changed the delivery date of my order…

Changed the delivery date of my order twice. Initially by a week and then the day before my new delivery date changed it again but for a further 3 weeks. Cancelled order and ordered on Currys got the fridge freezer the next day.

This company use DX as a courier

This company use DX as a courier, the worst courier in the UK IMHO. The second deliveryof the item ordered was fine. The first delivery never showed , had no tracking info, no notice of non-delivery and no apology . I had taken a day off from work that was wasted and lost money. If you want your item delivered on time, than avoid myappliances

Great staff After receiving the cooker hood damaged…

After receiving the cooker hood damaged I phoned your help line. The waiting time was minimal seconds. And the assistant was great. She ordered my new one and arranged to hV the damaged one lifted. All in four days. Amazing service. And most important really helpful staff thank you 😊 thank you.

Nightmare purchase

Twice I tried to purchase a extractor fan for my kitchen and twice I've had to get a refund as as the first time the DX delivery company lost my product and the second time I purchased it the website said it was back in stock then after buying it again they told me that it wasn't in stock and had to get a refund again. It was a total nightmare
