I purchased an extractor fan cooker…
I purchased an extractor fan cooker hood, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. First, one of the parts was faulty, and it took six weeks for an engineer to come out and address the issue. When he arrived, he discovered that the part he brought was incorrect.To make matters worse, there was no follow-up communication from the office team to keep me informed. After chasing them for an update, they finally called me a week later to inform me that the correct part would not be available for several months.
In the meantime, I’ve been left with a hood awkwardly installed in a way that people can easily bang their heads on. I had already paid someone to install it, but I was told they can’t send a replacement unit with an engineer because their engineers only handle repairs—not new installations. So I'm expected to buy a new unit and pay for an additional install cost.
It’s now been two weeks since I last heard anything, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. This entire process has been extremely inconvenient and poorly managed.

Bought an oven with 2 years warranty…
Bought an oven with 2 years warranty and 5 year parts warranty. We didn’t realise there was a warranty on the oven so took out the defective heating elements ourselves but had trouble sourcing the parts ourselves. So we contacted my appliance to try to get the details of the oven, (nothing on the oven at all) we were then informed that it was under warranty so they would send someone around. He turned up really fed up that he had to travel to Cornwall for a job. Took one look and said he isn’t touching it as the elements had been removed already.Rang up the company who backed their engineer and also found out that the parts warranty is also now not applicable. Will never use the company again. The charges for the original fitting were even high. The order number was 90334481

Good contact through ordering and delivery but afterwards a different matter.Brought a single gas oven but everything I cook burns on the bottom,even cakes or is done to a crisp.Asked the if this was normal ,no reply ( temperature is 180) .Also seems oven is hotter at the bottom rather than the top but haven't received any confirmation this is correct.Oven is econolux .Order no is SA729851

Service from your supplier was better than from you. You said your supplier did not offer tracking and would phone an hour before delivery. Your supplier, Ideal, sent texts (not phonecall) and did offer map tracking. This was excellent but different than you had led me to expect.
Hello, the couriers don't generate tracking numbers until the evening before delivery so we may not have had this if you asked us for it.
