You can call to book a service repair on 0344 800 1128.
You can arrange a repair both inside and outside (at a cost) of the guarantee period. Each repair is analysed in advance by our technical team and the genuine replacement spare parts likely to be needed for the repair are sent to the engineer in advance of the visit.
To book a service call you require the model number of your appliance and the date of purchase.
MyAppliances engineers use only genuine spare parts and will come out to your home to repair your appliance on a date that suits you. We complete most domestic appliance repairs on the first visit because we carry a wide range of parts on our vans.
Exclusions To The Guarantee
This guarantee does not cover:
- Appliances that have been damaged or neglected as a result of failiure to store, assemble, use or care of the products in accordance with the manufacturers instruction manual supplied. We will not accept responsibility under this guarantee if product is damaged or becomes defective due to misuse, neglect, wilful or accidental damage of act of god.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumables or cosmetic parts, such as carbon filters, external hoses or bulbs.
- Any gas appliance not fitted by a Gas Safe registered qualifies installer.
- Gas leaks not related to an appliance supplied by us.
- If no fault is found then we reserve the right to charge for the service call out at the prevailing rate.
- Claims arising from non domestic use or commercial environment (See Table)
