Curved Glass Cooker Hood Buying Guide

Our Curved Glass Cooker Hoods are available in a wide range of sizes including 60cm, 70cm, 80c, 90cm and 100cm. This gives you the option to carefully pick the right hood to suit your hob.

Our Curved Glass Cooker Hoods come in a range of stylish colours which are black steel and black glass, stainless steel and glass, black and black glass, stainless steel and black steel and glass. This gives you a wide variety to choose from in order to pick the write hood to fit in with your current appliances. Alternatively we ensure that all colours match with our appliances in case you are looking to re-do your whole kitchen.

The extraction rate for our curved glass cooker hoods range from 400 to 480 m3/hr. The extraction rate is the rate the hood pulls air from the immediate area under the hood - its quoted in cubic metres per hour (m3/hr) and basically the higher the extraction rate, the more air can be filtered during use.

Noise Output - this is quoted in Decibels (dB) - the higher the decibels, the more noise is created during operation - our engineers have used their years of experience to create hoods that are quiet without comprimising performance and efficiency. We quote maximum noise level when the hood is running at maximum output which is 55 to 61 dB for the curved glass hoods.

Handling the hood could not be simpler with 3 fan speeds operated via push button control.

The hoods are generally mounted using 4 fixings provided in a fixing kit supplied with the appliance. The adjustable chimney sections are also wall mounted above the body of the hood, providing a connection between the hood and the ceiling.

These hoods can be installed in re-circulation mode (active carbon filters fitted to the motor - optional accessories) or in vented mode using a ducting kit where the air can be extracted to the outside world.
