lovely ceiling cooker hood - next day delivery - very happy with the service
and product - would definitely recommend them.
We had the same issue as the other gentleman. The sizing states 434 mm for the width but it is actually, 494 so we had to get a new frame made and make a bigger hole in our ceiling and adjust the wood attached to the ceiling joist. The other issue we rang specifically to see if the direction of the outlet can go left or right. We were told look at page 17 I think it was there is a diagram it can go left, right, front or back. We needed it to go right. It cannot go in all directions. You have to take the front off, unclip the wiring and the. Turn it round so the numbers are on the correct side. Customer service need a little more training. Other than that delivery as promised and excellent price and lovely product.
