Sending out seconds as brand new.

I ordered a sink and tap. On arrival the sink was cracked. On closer inspection, a repair had already been carried out on the crack. This means they knowingly sent out damaged/second products. I missed my slot with the plumber and was without a kitchen sink or running water downstairs for 3 weeks. The company had no interest 8n the issue when it was raised with them.

Crap customer service not good at…

Crap customer service not good at responding, emailed them and Web chat a week ago still waiting a response to my query

Yes I received an auto response email on the 9th, but haven't received any actual response within 48hrs, so not you have not responded,

Not such a free delivery afterall

I clicked on a voucher code which promised free delivery but when I checked out £19.99 was still applied to the order. Unfortunately by that time the order had been placed and I have now paid a £20 delivery charge which is a quarter of the price of the appliance I bought. Poor customer service or just poor website deign and information. Let's hope the actual product when it arrives is top quality and that for £20 it comes gift wrapped!!!

Don’t expect them to turn up when they say!

Told delivery would be on Saturday. Waited in all day? No show. Tracking showed in same place all day. Contacted Monday and Tuesday each day promised call back? Never received. Turned up Wednesday without advise? Probably more to do with their transport links. But no one there to help 😡

The Good, Bad and Beautiful!!

The advertisement description for my new cooker hood said glass and steel. So I rang My Appliances to confirm that it was in fact made from stainless steel - I don’t think your Customer Services Operative fully understood what and why I was asking, Anyway, I went ahead and ordered the appliance whilst talking to her. She said that I would be emailed confirmation of the order, which I wasn’t. The item is really quite noisy.
Now those are the three negatives, the plus points are, I was asked on the Wednesday when I wanted the item delivered and I asked for the Friday. On Friday morning I received an email giving an hours delivery slot - it was delivered two minutes early and the driver carried it just inside my house as it was too big and heavy for me to carry - all brilliant.
The Hood is now in situ and looks fabulous - and I love it.

Does what it says

Does what it says. Although it was a bit confusing to start with and how to put wires inside it. Had trouble with it running flush with the ceiling though I got there in the end

My hob was not delivered as the courier had informed me. I contacted your customer service , they promised to look
Into what had happened.30 minutes later the appliance was delivered with a full apology from the carrier. The hob is exactly as described, I could not be more pleased with it. Well done!

Missing part sorted

I bought an Innocenti Electric wall fire but when it came to be fitted (at least two months after buying), there was no wall bracket. The customer service team, particularly Debbie, did their utmost to track down a replacement part for me, which took a few weeks but unfortunately, could not be obtained. I was sent update emails throughout the procedure so I knew what was going on and Debbie was very professional, courteous and friendly. Because the part could not be obtained, she arranged for a new fire to be sent to me and it arrived within two days.
I am thrilled with the fire and would recommend it and MyAppliances to all my family and friends.
