Great product and super fast delivery, delivery guys were nice and polite.
Delivered on time and the oven works well. Only thing I would say is I don't like fitted plugs because I have to cut them off and rewire myself because the plug won't fit through my setup. Not your fault! Also courier delivery driver didn't ask for any signature on delivery.
Opted to order as guest which invites you to delete at the end, a reassuring touch. Order despatched from MyAppliances base earlier than expected understandably the delivery is complimentary. Outer packaging was slightly worse for wear-perhaps the 2 attempts to deliver. Courier had sent email stating delivery day to be on Monday. However they tried on Saturday the courier did call me explaining he was unaware of email notification -being close to xmas many consignments, but i was away for the day, courier promised to return Monday AM. Which was honoured, courier politely explained they have many items to shift, slight damage to outer box cannot always be avoided, I cannot dispute that I was able to straighten kink in the metal filter and chose not to update MyAppliances.

I ordered a cooker hood and when the electrician opened the box there were several parts damaged (he felt it wasn't padded well enough) I dreaded calling theme as was prepared foe a fight but after emailing the pictures I got an email to let me know that the damaged hood was being collected tomorrow (next day) and the new one the day after that..... now that was what I call excellent customer service
The cooker hood I purchased was a great price compared to the same hood with other companies . Communication from My appliances was exellent . The hood arrived very quickly . All round it was an exellent service & would strongly recommend, Tim Cook

I purchased an unbranded induction hob. Great product better than the Neff it replaced. Easy to order and delivered quickly.
Two failed attempts to deliver the oven I ordered, with the first being damaged in transit, then the second delivery failed claiming it was out of stock. So, after paying another £100 for a different oven delivery was arranged for a Friday, on the Wednesday I got a message from FedEx telling me delivery would be Thursday, I rejected this and rescheduled for Friday as originally planned; this delivery just failed to turn up and I only found out it had been rescheduled to the following Monday when I logged into track order. This was no good as I had disconnected and uninstalled my old oven. I placed an order with AO on the Friday at 13:00 and my new oven was up and running Saturday 13:45. I have used my Appliances several times before without a problem but will be extremely reluctant in future after this. Thankfully I am in a position where I can work from home, which I did on the 3 missed delivery dates dispite my preference for being in the office. I must also addd that as someone who has not always had the privilege of working from home my heart goes out to anyone messed around and using annual leave to wait needlessly for deliveries that never materialise. 3 times.

Great service from ordering to receiving goods
Ordering was easy. Delivery was not. The first glass hob was broken but delivered even though it was known to be broken (a waste of everyone's time). The second delivery was messed up when it was delivered on a day the recipient was on holiday. Left in an unlocked outhouse for a few days. Poor communication.

It was delivered quickly and easy to install price was good but power wise a bit worse than I thought but does the job .
I paid £24.99 for the unit to come at the weekend but it did't arrive until the Monday. Unit was in good condition. Haven't tried it yet as my window of opportunity was that weekend. Looking to check that everything works this weekend.
