My elderly mother needed an hob extractor repaired. I called myappliances explaining the problem. I was informed an engineer would call at a cost of £108. Any required parts would be an extra charge. I agreed. The engineer duly arrived. He was at the property for less than 20 minutes telling me two parts would be required they would order the parts and he would return and fit the parts at no extra charge (except for the parts). I was subsequently contacted by myappliances to be told the parts for the extractor could not be replaced as they were no longer being made as the appliance is old. However I could search the internet myself to locate the items and they would fit the parts
After spending several hours I couldn’t find the items. I called the company asking what my options were. I was told that the extractor would need replacing but they don’t fit new appliances
I’ve ordered a new extractor at a cost just above the £108. The fitting was also cheap.

My Appliances are a sale team, we would not under go any engineering work this is done by the third party service team we use nor would we arrange this, This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. I have looked under the sales job and cannot see any Communication with yourself through My Appliances. Did you contact Apelson Service Team? Once confirmed i can raise this complaint with the relevant team as this is not the service we expect our customers to receive.

I hav’nt opened the box yet as I am waiting for the electrician to come and fit the cooker hood. However the customer service was excellent and the delivery of the appliance was within three days.

I needed a new hob for my daughter. Checking on line MyAppliance had by far the best deal. Buying it on line was a breeze. The communications from them was great. The hob was delivered exactly on time amd was a really good device for a low price. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication & transaction, unfortunately paid extra for a weekend delivery & got an email from the delivery company saying they would be delivered the next day which was a Friday, both items didn’t come on the same van , but were coming from the same warehouse. Can’t blame that on MyAppliances tho

What a completely useless website and customer service. You advertise that delivery is available at the weekend - however having waited for 2 whole days with nothing arriving despite having paid a premium for this service I am advised that this isn’t what the company offers! I had ordered to arrive in time for my birthday but I didn’t arrive. I asked for next day delivery and even that couldn’t by guaranteed. Buy from somewhere else and definitely not here

The appliance is ok, however the delivery service isn't so good. I had two deliveries, the first of which was obliviously broken. The driver handed me the packaging which had broken glass in it. It was clearly audible. The driver then left quickly.
The second delivery was ok. The driver offered to stay until I had opened and checked the contents.

By mistake l received and was charged for two of the same item l phone and it was no problem for the company to arrange an uplift for the second item as l had two separate transactions.They arranged the uplift at no cost to myself and refunded my account.

Equipment wes great I paid for a delivery of a weekend , and extra£25 , the delivered on the Friday which was not requested and was standard delivery via Aplsons , Fed Ex was the couier , and was ok, but they oder through aplesons which distributes the products , they are rubbish.
Good price for a nice hob. Delivered by a third party courier who presented it end on, though it clearly said the box should remain face up. Not damaged though, some parts had been dislodged inside.
