5 star after-sales service

I received a product that had scratches on the glass which I reported almost straight after receiving the item. With no quibbles Debbie arranged a return and it was collected a couple of days later. Refund was with me a day after that. Excellent customer service and so friendly. The reason I will be placing a new order. Hopefully the next item won’t arrive damaged, but at least I know that if there are any issues, this company will rectify them quickly!

Awful customer service

While the cooker I eventually got is fine this company is awful, terrible customer service, two missed delivery dates, they couldn't have cared less, tuff that I'd booked a joiner

First time we have use My Appliances

First time we have use My Appliances, our order arrived the next day, unfortunately or product was damaged in transit but one call to My Appliances and a replacement arrived before 8am the next day. Amazing! you can ask for more than that. Highly recommended.

Worst Customer Service experience…

Worst Customer Service experience ever.!!!!
Bought an Oven & Hob in Nov 2020 purchasing and delivery very sufficient and arrange for an electrician to have my goods installed which all went well and electrician switched on Oven and heated up nicely to make sure all in working order looking good..yay... next day switched on to cook a meal and bag the noise coming out of the oven was horrendous and omg fine metal shards flying around inside...!!! thank god I didnt put my food in yet.

Called them a spoke to a really nice lady Jo who advised she would get another replacement out to me for next day and if I could provide pictures of the faulty one to which I did and a video of the noise.. As I had paid for the original Install I didnt think it to be fair I paid for the install for the replacement but they refused and ask me to speak to Apelson who also refused so that left me with a new oven on 23.12.2020 but no install so how was I going to cook xmas dinner - they weren't bothered...!! not our problem.

I then asked my previous installer to install this which he kindly did for me 24.12.2020 but he did advise me that there were a few scratches on the inside etc but I thought never mind at least I have a working oven.... lol.....

He advised me to heat the oven up and guess what surprise surprise it started making the same noise the first one did but, on this occasion, at least there were no shards of metal flying about...!!! I thought here we go again and left it to heat up for about 20 mins in that time the noise had gone but I was very much wary of whether I should use it or not.?

Sent an email with video again but never actually heard back from them heard, yet again sent another email this time attaching the invoice for the install as no one had come back to me by phone or email.

06.01.2021 email for Rob Winn.! no apology mind you just in order for refund please send us your account details - so did that and also asked them to give me options or a resolution to the second faulty oven. Yet again NO response

13.01.2021 emailed again as no refund and no response.... absolute shocking and poor customer services especially when Rob Winn is a Manager.??

Called and spoke to Jo as I was really frustrated now and asked to speak to Rob how convenient he wasn't available so I asked for the details of their CEO/Director was only given first name Julian and I said 'and surname...' oh sorry I am unable to give further details... lol.... are they for real...... As a customer I have the right to get to speak or email my concerns to the top management. What a joke no escalation process...maybe I now need to take this to Trading Standards as this is appalling...

Too much hassle asked for a full refund as I will buy from somewhere else and they can take there product back with no cost to me..!!

Still requested a call back though from a Manager lets see what he has got to say for himself...

The refund you mentioned has already been actioned and I expect it to be in your account the very early part of next week. Shocking customer service provided…

Shocking customer service provided regarding a faulty appliance (2nd one we have received), asked to send a video in to show a motor in an extractor fan wasn't working. Husband was accused of being rude by rep names Jo, which he wasn't he was frustrated. When he asked to speak with manager, she put the phone down. Totally unprofessional on your part, selling fault goods as well as having poor procedures in place ....I await your response Rob Winn!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased Econolux ART 29174 induction hob on 9th November, it arrived on 10th November and when installed (by a qualified electrician) it showed a fault on 2 of the hobs rendering it unusable. I reported the fault on 10th November to Myappliances and was informed an engineer would be in touch within 48 hours, no phone call received. I reported it faulty to the warranty company Apelson on 12th November and was told an engineer would be in touch within 48 hours, no phone call received. I reported it again on 17th November and was informed the engineer would be contacting me that day, no phone call received. I called again on 18th November to ask for a full refund and someone to collect the hob so I could purchase another from a different company, I was told this could only happen once it had been verified as faulty by an engineer, and that said engineer would be in contact soon but there was nothing else that could be done.
In all it took 4 weeks to get a response from myappliances and I had to get a refund via PayPal (thank goodness I had paid via PayPal!) As myappliances simply stopped responding to calls and emails and made numerous empty promises of engineer visits, phone calls and refunds.
Will certainly never use this company ever again and have been sure to tell all family and friends of the disgusting service received so nobody else falls foul of this shocking company and the "service" they provide!

Attrocous customer service.
Non hostile calm phone call to enquire why refund was short after I had to chase them for it. Lady was very rude and felt she was battling wits with me and very condescending,and constantly interrupted me when I spoke.
I was explaining that it was a bad customer experience in a very collective way when she accused me of abusing her (which I definitely didn't). I had been a repeat customer as had a good experience up to then.
But with so much competition out there I'll definitely be taking my money and business elsewhere.
After dealing with someone should not be dealing with the public as she doesn't have the skills for it. Only buy if your sure you won't refund.

Buy with confidence....They have first class customer service. I had an issue with my induction hob, after sending one email the lovely Haley arranged for my defective hob to be collected and replaced. No quibble, no questions, it was all dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Poor follow up

Bought a number of appliances from them when getting a new kitchen the oven has needed repair 3 times in 14 months, the latest repair due on 23rd December couldn’t be carried out so they arranged for a new oven which I was very happy with only to be left without an oven when it didn’t turn up as arranged on Christmas Eve as their courier was closed??! So no Christmas dinner for my family, no reply to my email either, hope the ceo enjoyed his turkey mine had to go in the bin!

Innocenti ART29187 Hob

I have purchased an induction hob ; Innocenti ART29187 Flex Zone Domino Induction Hob ; after few weeks it start making high pitch noise when using both zone .
A visit by service engineer could not resolve problem, and said they have to pass this to manufacturer. week after I contacted and they replied , the hob is ok !! despite high pitch noise.
I asked for Engineer report and this is my replay "" Okay we are not able to send the engineers report across unfortunately all we can do is advise his findings.""

Not sure where to contact and who to call, but my hob is faulty and MyAppliances not responding!
