Absolutely wonderful customer services!
We have bought an induction hob for our new kitchen however once the box arrived we have left it unopened in the storage container and opened a month later when the new kitchen was in a good stage to install the hob. When we opened the box we have notice a big scratch across the hob, what a disaster! I have contacted the My Appliances immediately and the reply was that according to their policy the return/replacement of the item is only possible within 24h from the delivery. I was devastated... but the lovelies person Dee took my case to her manager and she managed to replace the hob for me within 2 days! It was the kindest gesture that you don't see much of these days. Dee shown professionalism and care and she made me a very happy customer! I wish we had more Dees in our world! Thank you!Great products at the right price .

The courier service they use has still not delivered our items- then they lost and broke them. Gave completely inaccurate times of arrival so the ‘two hour time slot’ was missed by 4 hours (or to the point of mixing up the days on one occasion). We have wasted our time and money. 4 weeks and we still don’t have the appliances, a refund or an email explaining what is going on, as now myappliances is ignoring all communication, after informing us the courier damaged the fridge. The customer service team thought a way of problem solution was to refund 50% of the delivery fee… we still have no appliances. THEN I keep getting emails to review the company. Anyway, my review would be to avoid at all costs as for almost £500 all I have done is lost 2 days holiday, wasted 2 Saturdays, spent endless time trying to organise couriers and I still have no appliances.Stay away at all costs !!!
Stay away at all costs, we were hoping to buy a new fridge and extractor fan and needed them quickly so we could move into our new home ,we even paid extra for a weekend deliver to make sure we would be home and were giving a delivery time slot of between 10,30 & 1,30 , we made our way over in the morning to make sure we were on time for the time slot they had assigned, only to recive a message saying we tried to deliver at 9,30 and no one was home!!I’d like to say this is the only problem we had but we then were told 3 more dates of which 2 lead to us having to use up holiday annual leave at work just to suit their time table and yet time after time we received messages telling us how they had screwed up again and we wouldn’t be receiving our products.
Then we were told that our products have been damaged.
We then complained and have received messages from someone called Dee and have been seeking out some sort of compensation for screwing up our order repeatedly and costing us holiday time.
We were told they would refund 50% of our deliver which I responded with “you should have been offering us free delivery at the very least after the second screw up” to which I was told fine we could have free delivery.
After there blatant lack of interest in resolving our issues and lack of effort made to make up for our shoddy customer service we have requested a refund and since then have received absolutely no contact!!
So as of yet we have no idea if they intend to give us our money back!!
I don’t know where my products are, whether they’re being delivered, if they’re still damaged or if I am receiving a refund. They partnership with the courier is non-existent. I would avoid at all costa

Very disappointed. Bought a cooker hood, had to fit it to see if it worked, it did not extract any steam, was told that extractor fan only takes odours away. I returned it as unfit for purpose. I was told that I would get 25% knocked off due to it being used. When I finally got a refund it was just over half the price I paid. Tried to ring them and unable to get through to them. I’ve read a lot of negative comments about them but this is my experience. I received my oven and straight away noticed that is wouldn’t reach temperature. I called them and they sent an engineer out 3 times in 3 weeks but they weren’t able to fix it. MYAPPLIANCES called straight away and offered a replacement which I received in 6 days and it works perfectly.So all in all I would say their service was exceptional and would not hesitate to use them again.
