I love this company. I have ordered several items from them for my kitchen and have never been disappointed!The website is easy to use and when you have ordered you items you are kept up to date as to when it will be delivered, which is usually within days. Really impressed with this company and would definitely recommend.
Exceptional Service
My hob was delivered very quickly but developed a couple of faults within the first two weeks. I emailed My appliances and received a very speedy and apologetic email back offering a replacement or a full refund. I opted for a refund and was immediately emailed back with full comprehensive details of the collection. Ellie processed my return and her friendly approachable manner coupled with complete understanding and professionalism were second to none. The entire matter was dealt with in a couple of hours, no quibble, no questions asked, just an apology that the hob had developed a fault. How refreshing - and rare- to find someone these days giving such first class service. I would recommend My Appliances to anyone. You're a credit to them Ellie, well done.Jay Redgord

Poor after sales service
As per the reviews ordering and deliver of appliance was good. However it’s when you try to get the appliance fixed after 8 months. After sales customer service has been poor. It’s been 3 weeks since the engineer came and confirmed it needed a new motor. Chased them twice first time I called was told the engineer had the motor and they would call. Another week gone had to chase again and told had I fixed the kink in the extractor pipe. The engineer caused the kink getting the cover off and never mentioned this and nothing to do with the fact the motor vibrates to a point would it come off the wall and the 3 speeds on the appliance do not work. Again promised a call back the same day. No call and called them again. Was told the engineer calls after his jobs. Surprise surprise no call. It’s excuse after excuse and the feeling they are not going to fix or replace my appliance. Don’t rely on the 5 year parts. 2 years labour it’s just a con to get you to purchase. Wish I went to AO.com you may pay a bit more the customer service is better and reliable. 150 quid down the drain is my feeling as no come back via PayPal.

From the stage of communicating with a member of staff on sales, the experience was simple, straightforward as Service should be. Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, lack of information on appliance state, if late they should have emailed customer in advance alerting customer by apologies for example, my purchase was supposed to arrive on 13/12/2023, but I still don't know where my appliance is. I've phoned customer support every time the phone was shut off for no apparent reason. I've never seen a worse sales organization like this. I made a mistake that I have bought an appliance from them.

Great delivery and customer service
From completing the order, all further information was up to date and very accurate. Any queries were swiftly dealt with courtesy and politeness. The courier used to deliver the appliances were also great, which only improved the overall service. We had some damage on one appliance when unpacked but on calling customer services and sending photos the customer service representative dealt with it brilliantly and really quickly. Overall a great experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend MyAppliances.
