Shaken & Stirred: Cocktail Recipes to Try Today

While most of us are getting early morning road rage, stuck in traffic on the way to the office, some people are waking up to another day at probably one of the best jobs ever. I know, I know – it’s not a nice thought is it?

But right up there with a chocolate taster or a round-the-world travel blogger, a professional cocktail making role is definitely one we’d consider retraining for. I mean, how good would that be?

And these two ladies (pictured below) are literally living our dream. Brenda and Jenny run The Vintage Cocktail Company – a mobile drinks-making service you can hire for events. With a love of all things retro, they turn up to your party kitted out in vintage gear and ready to whip you up a variety of delicious cocktails. Sounds great, doesn’t it?

Well today, they’re here on the My Appliances blog! Sharing three of their favourite summer cocktail recipes, Brenda and Jenny took a little time away from their vintage cocktail cart to fill us and you in on all the ingredients you’ll need to ensure your Bank Holiday get-together is one of your best yet – enjoy!
